A loading-unloading equipment that is used to lift packaged, protected or palletized loads from the ground and carry them within short distances. This equipment is manually used by means pulling or pushing. The load is lifted with the help of a manually operated hydraulic system. This equipment makes it possible to easily carry the loads of 2000-2200-2500-3000-3500-5000 kilograms.
These domestically-manufactured, ergonomic forklifts are of the environmentally-friendly, new generation forklifts with a lifting mechanism up to a high of 3300 mm to 7000 mm for loads of 2 tons to 4 tons, equipped with 3 or 4 wheels, at weight of 1.6 tons to 2 tons, with a joystick control system offering the same features offered by many well-known brands and, with the electronic components (engine control units etc.) provided by SME, an Italian, developed and designed as a result of a joint effort of Italian and Spanish engineers.

Operating Principle

A control latch located on the upper side of the pushing/pulling lever is used at three positions when lifting and lowering the loads with a pallet truck.


The latch is on the middle position. You can push or pull the pallet truck when the control latch is on the carrying position. This makes it easy to carry the loads and prevent the hydraulic system from being worn over time.

Lifting Position

The piston activates when you lower the latch. The pallet truck lifts the loads when you raise or lower the pushing / pulling lever. When the pallet truck body reaches the maximum height (the highest position), the hydraulic system ceases to operate. So that the pallet truck lifts the loads.

Lowering Position

The latch is on the upper position. A ball valve activates when the latch is on the upper position to lower the loads and, the oil inside the tilt cylinder gets back to the tank with the help of a butterfly valve. So that the pallet truck lowers the loads. The control latch gets on the carrying position to lower the loads after the latch is taken to the lowering position.

Technical Features

1. The pallet truck’s chassis is made of a metal sheet of 4 mm in thickness.
2. The forks are supported by profiles. The reason is to eliminate the bending that may happen on the forks and, support the hydraulic system.
3. There is a strengthened hydraulic system intended to support the carrying capacity of the pallet ruck (2000-2200-25000 kgs).
4. There is a protective central valve mechanism that automatically turns off the system when the hydraulic system is overloaded.
5. The oil that is used in the hydraulic system is Shell Tellus 27 or Shell Tellus 37 motor oil. The oil capacity of the hydraulic system is 200-250 grs.
6. There is a grinded piston conforming to the European standards. This prevents the felts from being worn and, increases the useful life of the hydraulic system.
7. There are two types of tires used in a pallet truck:
a) Polyurethane Rubber Tires Used to operate on hard, even floors. Not collapsed when operating under full road.
Ball bearings inside the tires are of self-lubricating and covered. Not affected by corrosion (dust, rust, dirt etc.), not require lubricating. There are double ball bearings inside each of the tires.
b) Polyamide Tires (Black/White) Used to operate on hard and uneven floors. Recommended using in hygienic environments. Not affected by corrosion (dust, rust, dirt etc.), not require lubricating.

8. The length of the pulling/pushing lever is at standards and, the controlling stick is positioned on the lever according to the occupational security.
